Important & Useful Preliminary Information

Our products are durable and can be reused for other occasions within your circle of friends or family 😉 Therefore, we ask you to carefully consider a return.

Every return has an impact on the environment. To minimize this, we strongly urge our customers to consider before ordering whether the products are really needed. This way, we can all contribute to conserving resources and protecting our environment 🌱

If your order has defects or damages—such as incorrect size/color delivered or damage—there is, of course, no objection to a return.

In principle, you have the option to withdraw from your order within 14 days after successful delivery (to you, a roommate, a neighbor, or a parcel shop) and return the products to us.

You must bear the costs of returning the goods yourself. You can use a shipping company of your choice for the return. We strongly recommend choosing a trackable shipping method with a tracking number so that your return arrives safely and both we and you can track the shipment in case of a delay or loss. Please note that we are not liable for lost returns.

In the event of a return, neither the shipping costs to you nor the return shipping costs to us will be refunded.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
  

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). We recommend using the sample withdrawal form provided below.  To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, immediately and no later than thirty days from the day on which we receive the return. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry Reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and where the production is based on an individual choice or specification by the consumer or which are clearly customized to the personal needs of the consumer;
• for the delivery of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no control;
• for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the delivery of goods that are, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

As soon as your return has been received, we will process your return as quickly as possible. You will receive automated emails informing you about the status of your return.
