Shipping

Delivery is currently only available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding some islands), Czech Republic, Hungary, United States of America / USA.

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 p.m. CET will be ready for shipping within 24 hours, when all products of the order are in stock.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

For orders up to a basket value of €75.00, we charge €4.90 (balloons only) or €8.90 (balloons & accessories) per order. For orders of €75.00* or more, shipping costs within Germany are waived.

Deliveries to Abroad

Shipping costs to Poland are €4.00 (balloons only) or €8.00 (balloons & accessories).

Shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark, Romania, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands are €8.90 (balloons only) or €12.90 (balloons & accessories).

Shipping costs to Hungary, Italy, Sweden, Slovenia, Portugal, Spain (excluding some islands), Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Finland, and France are €12.90 (balloons only) or €16.90 (balloons & accessories).

Shipping costs to Switzerland and Norway are €23.90 (balloons only) or €27.90 (balloons & accessories).

Shipping costs to the United States of America / USA and Canada are €34.90 (balloons only) or €38.90 (balloons & accessories).

Note: Please be aware that international shipments (outside the EU) may be held up by customs and your country may impose additional customs duties. If your shipment is returned to us by customs, you will be refunded the invoice amount minus the shipping and return shipping costs.

We assume no responsibility for additional customs duties or in case your package is seized, held, or destroyed by customs. In this case, we cannot refund the invoice amount. It is your responsibility to inform yourself in advance about the country-specific import regulations of your country.

If a package cannot be delivered, for example, if you are not present at the delivery address, the package will generally be sent to the nearest post office, where it is usually kept for seven days for pickup, or a redelivery attempt will be made the next day. Reception via, for example, a parcel drop-off contract or a parcel station is currently not possible.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the product description, delivery of the goods in Germany and Poland is within 2-3 working days, and for international deliveries, within 5-8 working days after order confirmation (for prepayment agreements, from the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. All delivery time information is approximate according to our shipping partners. An exact delivery time cannot be determined.

Payment

When ordering in our online shop, you have the following payment options:

  • Payment via PayPal
  • Payment via SEPA direct debit via PayPal ¹
  • Payment via credit card via PayPal ²
  • Payment in advance via bank transfer

If you choose payment in advance, you will receive our bank details via email with the order confirmation and then have three working days to settle the invoice amount. If the invoice amount is not received within this period, your order will be automatically canceled. In this case, you will receive an automated email informing you about the status of your order.
